I agree with most of your points. But I think blockchain already have found a couple of real use cases.

1. digital gold (bitcoin)
2. fundraising platform (ethereum)

I believe ICO is clearly disrupting fundraising. Anyone living in anywhere could raise fund thanks to ICO. 99.9% of current ICO projects are unintentional scams though…

And with scalability solution blockchain can be infrastructures for many things in developing world where there is no good enough ones.
